What ages do you work with?We see children as young as five, as well as teens, adults, and older adults.

Do you offer virtual sessions?Yes! We offer telehealth for clients ages 16 and up.

Can I attend sessions with my child?Absolutely. We often include parents or caregivers in sessions when it supports the child’s goals. We’ll talk through what makes the most sense during the intake process.

What concerns can you help with?We support a wide range of challenges including anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, trauma, family conflict, behavioral issues, and life transitions. If you're unsure whether we can help, just ask — we’re happy to talk.

Do you take insurance?We’re in-network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you have a different insurance provider, you can still choose to work with us by paying our self-pay rate. We’ll provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. If you’re unsure about how this works or have questions about your coverage, we’re happy to walk you through it.
