A: Lease terms are for either 3, 6, or 12 months.

A: Yes, the Military Clause is now a law. PSC, ETS and Deployments are covered. All that is needed is a copy of your orders and a 30-Day written notice that will begin when your next rental payment is due.

A: Yes, Northpoint Apartments is in Harnett County, just north of Fort Bragg and Fayetteville, NC. We are fortunate to be next to Overhills Elementary, Middle and High Schools. Your children can walk to school, and you have easy access to all Overhills school activities. For families with school age children, the location makes great apartment rental home living!

A: These features are included standard with your apartment rent.

A: Our apartments have a new Food Lion within walking distance of Northpoint just north on Ray Road.
